Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, company or business name, when you provide them (forms, contracting, support).

Project data: texts, images, briefs, design preferences or content that you enter or upload when using our tools (for example, brochures), necessary to provide the service.

4. Data retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described: during the contractual relationship and, after it ends, for any legally required period (for example, tax or accounting obligations). Usage data and technical logs may be kept for shorter periods unless required by law or for claims. Project data or content you have uploaded may be deleted earlier if you request it and there is no obligation to retain it.

Your data may be processed by providers that supply services to the Controller (hosting, email, analytics tools, payment gateways), inside or outside Peru, with the safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Where processing involves services outside the country, the measures required by Peruvian regulations for international transfers will apply.
